Tech Perspective
Dellen’s first time volunteering to feed homeless individuals was when she was 5-years-old. By the time she graduated from high school, she had logged over 6,000 volunteer hours – most of which were spent collecting and distributing food through the SDA Van Ministry.

Urban Environments Perspective
Audrey Kennis is an educator, civic leader, and advocate for sustainable communities who serves as Director of Human Services for the City of West Des Moines. In this role, she helps develop policies and programs that support underserved populations and expand opportunities for food and economic security. Originally from Denver, Colorado, she earned degrees in Elementary Education, Philosophy, and Education, with additional graduate studies in Community and Regional Planning. Recognized for her leadership and community impact, Kennis is guided by her commitments as a wife, mother, and woman of faith.
