Travis has been writing software professionally for 20 years. What he enjoys most about it is building a product from the ground up - understanding the users, their needs, and applying technology to solve their problems. After doing that in the industry for years, he came across dsmHack where he could compact that process into a 48 hour hackathon to the benefit of a good cause. It was a perfect match and it kept him coming back. After 6 hackathons and counting, he’s joined the board to contribute in a new way.

Travis currently works as an independent contractor. He spends an outsized portion of his time with his wife and 3 kids and indulging his love of the outdoors.
